It's a Girl!!!

We knew that Shim's days were numbered, but didn't think we'd be lucky enough to find out so soon. So, without further adieu, let's meet Ruthie!


















Of course the first two were of a practical nature, but this next photo is our favorite. She was very active during the scan, rolling from side to side and tromping all over mom's bladder, but the climax came with an episode of thumb-sucking. Little girl needs some practice though, the first attempt intersected with her nose, next one was even further off course, and then she hit the mouth! We were cheering her on all the way! Only 11 ounces, and already at least as well-coordinated as her mother...
